• The Privacy Act
• The Spam Act
• The Do Not Call Register Act
• Trade Practices Act
• Copyright Act
• Future changes to the legislation including the extension of the Do Not Call Register replacement of state and territory based fair trading legislation, review of the Privacy Act.
