The People Side of Project Management

Sydney

Training Course ID: (ATS)-00001

Overview: Where else do you get the chance to manage and deliver a project in a totally risk-free setting? Where any errors made don't end up in one of those discussions you would rather not have to have with the sponsor or key stakeholders! ATS is thrilled to bring to you 'The People Side of Project Management' - a one of its kind simulation workshop that gives participants the chance to run a project from 'cradle to grave'. Not only will your decisions affect the well-known triple constraints of time, quality and cost, but you will also have to juggle the less tangible aspects that make up a project - influencing stakeholders, negotiating the middle ground to achieve a win-win, and aligning your decisions to the strategic imperatives of the business. We all know there is no hard and fast rule to managing the people aspects! The lessons learned in this simulation are extremely powerful as they are based on extensive global research and practical experience. You will walk out with workable and practical skills and solutions that are readily implemented when you find yourself back at your desk.
