Learn to effectively implement Six Sigma Green Belt projects (i.e. small to medium sized improvement projects). Apply the principles of problem solving using Six Sigma tools, including the use of basic statistics to understand the impact of measurement procedures. Identify how to gauge the extent of variation, undertake root cause analysis and validation, utilise creative thinking techniques, plan, implement and devise control strategies. Prerequisite requirements apply.
