Training Course Outlines:

Your MBTI accredited coach will administer the MBTI assessment instrument and provide each person with their unique MBTI profile combined with a detailed interactive interpretation session.

Depending on your needs and the MBTI reports used, your program will explore:

• Understanding your leadership and communication styles and that of others
• How individuals and teams can enhance their communication effectiveness & working relationships
• Individual and team decision-making strengths and challenges, plus insights and actions for more effective decision-making in the future
• The impact of stress on personality characteristics and tips for leveraging strengths to deal with stress effectively
• Group problem-solving strategies and conflict management styles
