  • Managing complexity in delivering results
  • Creating powerful leadership messages
  • Keynote presentation by a CEO on strategy development

  • Culture as a source of competitive advantage
  • Aligning strategy and culture
  • Execution of a culture change strategy
  • Experiential Change Simulation

  • Mapping strategic relationships
  • Leading teams through change
  • Managing conflict and resistance
  • The strategy and change journey

You will be asked to identify a strategic challenge you have been involved in, or plan to introduce in your organisation. You will also be required to complete relevant pre-reading.
