Overview: This program is ideal for anyone who needs to influence others (over whom they have no direct authority) in order to drive critical business results. For example: project stakeholders, board members, working group committees, senior management, and peers.

The program combines best-practice theory, proven practical techniques, case study reviews & DVD-recorded skills practice. Crucially, all the skills practice is based on real life business scenarios that you/your people face. This ensures that the competencies developed by every participant are immediately relevant and transferable to their role.

• Understanding the needs & motivations of others and how to influence them using Cialdini’s ‘6 Principles of Influence’
• Using the DISC® profiling tool to help people flex their communication style to influence others
• How to enhance one’s Emotional Intelligence and build an emotional bank balance to drive results
• The importance of framing to change people’s response to an event/situation from negative to positive
• 6 steps for successfully managing tough conversations to deliver win-win solutions
• How to confidently get your message across in formal meeting situations
• How to deal with challenging questions/questioners & get the outcomes you need
