Training Course Outlines:

After completing the DISC Profile questionnaire, your DISC accredited coach will provide each person with their unique DISC profile report combined with a detailed interactive interpretation session.

During this highly practical and immediately applicable program we will explore:

• The DISC universal language of behaviour and how to incorporate this into the workplace to enhance business relationships and performance
• One’s own behavioural drivers (natural & adapted), value to the organisation, ideal working environment, communication style (strengths and blind spots), motivations, and preferred management approach
• Understanding the behavioural, working, and communication styles of others
• How to adapt one’s style in order to enhance communication, working, and interpersonal effectiveness and so increase personal success and that of the team/organisation
