The POWER Model
This is leadership process for achieving well-formedness, congruence and alignment. It is essential for leaders to be able to engage with and realise their objectives. This will give you a
benchmark and criteria for being able to assess the attainability of KPI's and strategic, corporate plans. It will enable you to more effectively challenge your organisation, team or individuals on what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how they doing it.
The TIME (for a vision) Model
Do you have a leadership vision? Does it support your organisation's overarching vision? During ‘unleashing leaders’, you will be given and get to explore the T.I.M.E. model, a simple yet
profound tool for developing your leadership vision, a vision containing all the essential components to engage and enable others to follow you.
The Developmental Action Inquiry (DAI) Model
We will be sharing with you some of the work of Bill Tolbert, in particular his Developmental Action Inquiry (DAI) model. A tool that will enable you as a leader, to know what you are doing,
why you're doing it, and how you going to get there and be able to know if you're getting there!
This model will give you an advantage in strategic planning and leadership strategy
development. Knowing this will allow you to demonstrate your leadership capacity and knowledge. It will also enable you to see from multiple perspectives, and make more effective
decisions through your own leadership understanding.
The Leadership Typology Lens
You will learn how your own personality type informs and dictates how you lead, at your best and at your worst. This lens will give you the advantage of allowing you to see yourself more
fully as a leader. It will let you know when you are at your best when you're at your worst and what you are focusing on that can cause this. It will also give you the insight and benefit of developmental pathway for your own leadership.
