This workshop uses the Total Behaviour Model framework to build a highly interactive, fun and informative exploration of interpersonal conflict and the different personalities likely to be involved in situations of conflict.

• Identify ways in which conflict is escalated
• Recognise the various sources of conflict
• Identify conflict-inducing behaviour and language
• Develop awareness of the Total Behaviour Model
• Learn a variety of strategies to diffuse conflict
• Identify individual behaviour patterns that contribute to conflict
