Overview: This Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is designed to teach the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest. Content is based on Australian Resuscitation council 2006 guidelines. There are no prerequisites for this course. Current industry standard is for this course to be updated every 12 months

Outcomes

Course Outcomes:

On successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency from the Health Training Package, HLTCPR201A - Perform CPR.
