Canberra

Training Course ID: (AIMNC)-10045

Overview: So what exactly is organisational or corporate resilience? Well, there are actually three aspects to it – and all three are valid. The approach your organisation needs to take depends entirely on your individual circumstances. In this course, spread over five weeks, including webinars, coaching calls and 2½ days face-to-face, we’ll use the metaphor of the Phoenix to teach you how to identify the needs of your organisation, and then build a strategy that fulfils those needs. You’ll gain powerful insights into the strategy for development and enhancement of corporate resilience.
