To achieve your qualification you need to:

Conduct an in class presentation
Submit an individual assignment consisting of:
An exam containing underpinning knowledge questions
A portfolio, program or complex project management plan based on the work place or case study
A complexity analyses of a work based program or complex project
Benefits review or a Post Implementation Review (PIR) for a portfolio,program or complex project.

All assessment processes must be completed within 12 weeks of undertaking the program

Course Prerequisites:

To be eligible to enrol in this program, participants are required either;

Hold a project management qualification of a Diploma of Project Management or higher or;
Demonstrate a through knowledge of project management theory
