This course is designed for test practitioners, developers and managers wanting to learn what Agile is, providing an overview of Agile software development projects and the roles within these projects.

The course examines the concepts, principles and foundations on which Agile has been built, focusing on how Agile impacts the traditional software development roles and disciplines. It covers the attributes and behaviours that are required to be successful in an Agile project. The course concludes with a practical exercise allowing participants to practice Agile techniques in a safe environment and is great for building Agile teams.
