Overview: Adobe Photoshop is an advanced image editing tool, used for the purpose of manipulating scanned/ digital images as well as being able to create âcanvasâ style illustrations and images ie draw and paint from scratch.
Students will learn how to create special effects using advanced techniques for images, type and logos and work with filters to generate artwork that can be used in print and screen based media.
The two day Photoshop class is ideal for those who have completed the 2 Day Essentials class or for those who have a strong knowledge of Photoshop CS2 or later, such as manipulating Layers, making Selections, understanding the Image Adjust functions, Masks, basic filters, Feathering etc. These functions will then be built upon as part of the class structure, to generate special effects. A brief prerequisite test must be completed to attend this class.
